Faculty at NSAM are qualified and trained to carry out student mentoring keeping in view present student status and future possibilities. Mentoring at NSAM is meant for overall student development in terms of knowledge, skill, attitude and performance. It also helps make students ready for placement along with acadedemic rigour.

To bridge the gap between academics and industry, value-added programs are introduced at our College. We offer short term certificate courses which are conducted on weekends. These courses are conducted by professionals and industry experts which help students in their professional career and build confidence in students.

The Cultural club @NSAM PUC provides a rich experience for students who organise creative and cultural events. The club organises events to celebrate festivals, dance competition, painting competition, rangoli and other events. These activities unite students from different academic fields and fosters a community atmosphere on campus.

The Literary club @NSAM is a place where creative minds can share their thoughts. This club helps students improve their speaking, debating, reading and writing skills. The club organises debates and motivational talks.

The Eco club @NSAM has a group of teachers and students who are passionate about planet Earth. The club makes students aware of matters such as the environment. The club organises drives for cleaning up the community, planting trees, waste disposal, composting and rain water harvesting.

 National Service Scheme (NSS) plays an integral part at NSAM. The activities conducted at NSAM helps the student to groom to be disciplined, organised, develop leadership skills and gain knowledge.
